1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "Platform" refers to the u88live website and all related services. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers or uses u88live services. "We" or "Company" refers to the operator of u88live, which operates under international licensing.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the player and the u88live operator. All deposits and withdrawals on the u88live platform are processed using the designated payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is confirmed.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate. u88live is not responsible for any delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.
• u88live reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests to maintain the integrity of the platform.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

u88live offers various bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements. Players must understand and meet these requirements before making any withdrawal request from a bonus balance.

The u88live welcome bonus gives an additional 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120 with a balance of RM220, and the wagering requirement is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.

• Bonuses are only available to players who register and make a valid first deposit.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• u88live reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion with reasonable prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or exchanged directly for cash.

5. Game Rules and Player Conduct

All games on the u88live platform are conducted according to their respective rules as set by licensed game providers. Results displayed by the system are final and binding in all normal circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any tool that assists the gambling process unfairly.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of any technical bugs or system errors for personal gain.
• Any form of money laundering through gambling accounts.
• Attempting to deceive or manipulate customer support services to obtain undue benefits.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

u88live reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice if there is sufficient reason to do so, including but not limited to:

• Suspicion of or evidence of fraud, abuse or illegal activity.
• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• A request from a relevant authority.
• Protection of the player's own safety and interests.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the u88live customer support team. Any remaining valid balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy once security checks are complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

u88live will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages or technical issues beyond our control. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we work to ensure continuous service availability.

Players are fully responsible for their own betting decisions. Gambling involves financial risk and game outcomes are random, based on a certified random number generator.
